How to Play
- Players will determine the number of rounds and the winner will be the one who gets the most points from the positions(jobs) he obtained.
- The hiring manager (Big Boss) pulls the top card out of the job cards, puts it clearly on the table and reads the job
- Each player must then submit a single job card from the cards he owns that fit the vacancy, and present it to the hiring manager (Big Boss) without disclosing it. (The hiring manager is exempt from this step).
- To ensure confidentiality, the hiring manager (Big Boss) mixes the cards presented by the players and then detects and reads each card for the group.
- The hiring manager (Big Boss) may exclude job cards so that only two cards remain for each player if he chooses.
- Starting with the player sitting to the right of the hiring manager (Big Boss), each player places a qualification card to enhance his opportunity of winning a job or destroy another player’s opportunity with the card he has placed for him
- After announcing the winner, he will keep the job card he won presented for scoring but not for use in the next round. After selecting the winner, players must renew their cards with a new job and qualification card except for the hiring manager (BigBoss)
- The new hiring manager becomes the next in the role (counter-clockwise for the next rounds), and so on.
- After each player plays one time and in the stage of placing the qualifications cards from each player, each one places two cards from the qualifications cards. After each player plays again and at the stage of placing the qualification cards, the players place three cards from the qualifications cards.
